Mike, I wound up cutting off the bolt studs when I took mine off (trying to get it off without removing the header, which I wound up taking off later anyway). The muffler itself is kind of banged up (from removal) but intact and functional.
I'll be in Asheville on Friday and Saturday (Bele Chere and camping Friday night, parkway ride on Saturday). I'll be driving my car and trailering my bike, so I could bring the pipe with me. If you want this pipe, you can have it (gratis), long as we can hook up without too much effort. Email me if you're interested.
